Why does a user that I invited to join my developer account have no account options to select on the Launchpad?
If you invited a user to join your developer account and that user has no account options to select on the Launchpad after logging in, try the following options:
- Resend the invitation.
- Have the user clear the browser cache and cookies, and attempt to log in again. Be sure the individual uses the password specified when the account was initially set up.
- Send the invitation email to Mozu Support for troubleshooting.
